By Frank Smith

The term manufacturing can be described as a process by which a company takes out raw materials and then transforms them into finished goods. Manufacturing marketing has many advantages and disadvantages that are associated with it.

Selling has some various types of distributions. One of the categories is the print advertising. This is where it mainly uses newspapers and journals as a means of communication. There are some advantages that are related to this specific type of advertisement.

One of the advantages includes that the material in the printed form will be displayed often. This is because so many people will have access to the print media. They can either borrow from others who have it and may receive the information from that point. The specific kind of media will also be used in other ways at a future time such as in package of materials. The information will thus last for a longer time that the other sort of media available.

It also has another advantage. They can concentrate on a specific type of group to which the tale will be greatly accepted. This is in the form that they have different sections in a print media. Some of the sections include the youth, music, politics and the business section. In the case where one wants to advertise certain information for the youth, they will have a good platform. This will build their confidence thus increase the knowledge to the people.

Though they have the advantages which make them to be well established, they face certain disadvantages. One of the disadvantage include that it is costly. For one to start a production industry, they will have to be equipped with so much money.

They also are learners. This is because they need more and more information on ways of conducting their businesses. This makes them to feel that the amount of education that they have is limited and cannot rely on it fully. The technology of the world is also changing rapidly. They thus are forced to have ways in which they can adjust to.

Another type of disadvantage is that they rely on raw materials for their products. This may cost them much since they may not be the only ones who are producing the materials. They also rely on the community within them to supply such materials. This makes it hard since the community may have some disagreements with them. They will thus opt for better ways of solving their problems. This may lead to destroying the unprocessed materials. They can then look for alternative ways of finding the income they need. This will destruct the processes of the company. It may lead the industry to a fall.

It also has a disadvantage since most journals or magazines are produced after a month. This may delay the information that is needed hence the outcome that may be expected will not reach. They will thus look for alternative ways of solving it. In conclusion, manufacturing marketing has so many ways such as this but it will only depend on what the owner wants.
