In every decision, there will always be a few disadvantages and advantages. It will be up to the decision maker on how o balance their options for the betterment of themselves and those people around them. However, their decisions might affect the whole country. In this article, we will talk about the pros and cons of healthcare merger integration.

There will always be a reason behind everything. If you wonder why some medical centers before is already gone now, you would sooner find out that they were already under the name of other business. Some franchises are suffering from lack of patients and thus they currently are experiencing symptoms of bankruptcy. They do not allow this to happen because one of their intentions is for money making.

Some professionals and political parties have a corruptive intention and these needs to be stopped. These people are taking advantage on their power to manipulate their citizens. Their cognizance and knowledge led to destructive purposes and this should not be continued. For some reasons, their purposes seem to be for the benefit of the whole country but actually, it is not.

Unless medicines are sponsored by volunteers and government programs, these professionals will never provide free services for their clients. Some do, but these usually are sponsored. Medicine brands are paying these experts to advertise their products through their skills. This means that they only do blood pressure tests to promote a blood pressure devices brand.

These issues are only resolved when we also have the idea about the alternative prices and the actual prices of these medications. If they provide us expensive prescriptions, then we could ask the pharmacists about the alternative brands. These professionals are more commercialized nowadays. Thus, we must only consult the right doctors.

Some decisions and implementations are dangerous. These implementations are blinding us from reality and as normal and average citizens we have not known its causes. First and foremost, everything happens for a reason. In the case of healthcare merging, the government authorities have allowed them to do this to protect healthcare businesses from bankruptcy.

The authorities are mainly doing this for the purpose of protecting our economical stability and performance from being affected by their bankruptcy. We all know that one of the most expensive things we buy is medicines. Meaning to say, if these businesses will lose its operations, then the economy will be highly affected. They will not allow this to happen.

Meaning to say, they can manipulate market prices already. This is because patients have no choice but to avail their services since there are no other branches in town. With this, they centralize their services by being the only option. It reduces competition and thus, the lesser competitors, the more income they get.

These businesses and merging integrations have been evident in some countries already. These medical professionals have the intention to save their centers from bankruptcy. However, at the same time, they want to merge power with our centers to dominate among other competitors. This would reduce their ability to truly serve their patients.
