How To Identify Top Rated Network Marketing Coach

By Laura Moore

Network marketing is the new goldmine on the internet. It is churning out millionaires left right and center such that more and more people want to join in the foray. Coaching helps you get the gist fast and begin earning your money. But you should be choosy on the network marketing coach you entrust with your work. How do you identify the best trainer among many flashing their medals around?

Experience in the industry is always an asset. There is no grudge against newcomers. However, like all industries, it is experience that makes coaches. Experience will teach you what works and that which does not work. With experience, the ups and downs of the industry have already been learnt. You will be learning about practical tactics as opposed to unverified theories.

Where does the trainer get his income from? Coaches are supposed to make money from coaching. However, this should not be the bulk of revenue. This revenue should be coming from actual networking while coaching serves as a mentorship of sorts. This is the only way he will implement and test the ideas he is coaching on. Avoid theoretical coaches who point at directions that they are not traveling to. You end up with tricks and techniques that do not deliver expected results.

At what point is your coach in when you look at his company? Is he talking about growth potential or is he pointing at a direction he or she is not traveling? There are people who will teach you how to be successful but by the look of things they are not. Work with a person who is already optimizing, executing and continuously improving his or her systems.

What strategy has he put in place to generate more income this month apart from training more people? Look for a pattern that guarantees continuous improvement and growth. This helps you avoid coaches who do not travel the journey they are directing others. He should be testing new strategies and having plans about a future similar to what is being promised.

Is there a system, template and process in the ideas shared? Successful businesses have established methods of doing things. Revenue is only assured when there is a system for generating it. You also need a template that indicates procedures and where money lies. If you cannot see these three elements, you have a reason to question the competence of the coach and his program.

Who have learnt from your target trainer? There is something undisputed about results. They will always give the true picture of a person. Ask for references of marketers who have been trained and made a career from the coaching they received. If the results indicate that marketers have benefited, you have all the reason to enroll. If the trainer insists that you are on yourself and his role is to pass the knowledge, it is time to look elsewhere.

Coaches do not make good network marketers. It is being in the field and creating actual linkages that makes the marketers. Get down to work and begin to implement the little you have learnt. Take initiative to learn new skills and improve on what you have learnt.
